As Exporter / Buying Agent for garments we provide the following services from
Indonesia :
Samples

Our experienced staff converts your ideas and sketches into sellable products.

We recommend fabrics and
accessories (local and imported).

We recommend changes in the
construction of a garment if there are technical problems.

We provide proto, sales, size-set,
photo, pre-production, shipping – samples.

We recognize timely samples in the
correct execution.
Production
-
Only factories which passed our
audit are selected. We do not allow exceptions. We provide
technical support
to the selected factories.

Before production start, each
garment is scrutinized for its technical difficulties.
-
Thereupon we set-up the production
lines according to its technical requirement of the garment.
Inspections
-
Pre-production inspection.
-
In-Line Inspection (DUPRO).
-
Final Random Inspection (FRI)
according to AQL.
-
Sampling picking.
-
Loading Checks.
Testing
-
Our garment prices include a
garment tests by a third party laboratory (ISO approved). These
tests include
dimensional stability after wash, appearance after wash, seam strength.

Fabric and accessory lab testing
is available against a charge (we obtain from fabric suppliers
internal
fastness tests).
Packing and Shipping
-
We supervise the packing and
carton markings.

Our QC will supervise the loading
into the containers or trucks.

We cooperate closely with
your forwarder. We also recommend specialized forwarders which
know how to
handle your cargo in the most cost efficient manner. It is important to select
specialists who will take care of direct shipments to your destination.

Our shipping department will
carefully check the documents to avoid any discrepancies.

Copy documents
are dispatched to you within 5 days after shipment.
